Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping Policy:

You may select any delivery option during checkout at our discounted USPS or UPS delivery rates. All shipping rates and shipping times are calculated by the United States Postal Service USPS, or United Parcel Service UPS.

We will pull your product, pack your order and ship your order promptly, in most cases within 24 hours.  There may be cases where it may take longer time to prepare your order.

General Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization and return instructions.  All items for return must be requested within 30 days after your order has shipped to you.  Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period has expired.  You may email us at returns@holycrossbooks.com. 

All approved items for return must be in their original packaging, in unopened, not used, new condition. All books, sale items, discounted items, items that are special ordered from the manufacturer for your order, or apparel are not eligible for return. Items ordered utilizing reduced or free shipping may not be eligible for return.  Please contact us at customerservice@holycrossbooks.com and we will advise the status of your item if it is eligible for return.  Thank you for your consideration.

Once your returned item(s) are received, we will process your refund within 5 days.

If the product you received is damaged by result of the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility. If the product you received is not what you desired, we will give you full instructions as to how we can remedy the situation for you. It is our desire to provide you with the correct product for which you are searching.
